Matt displays great range at SS chasing down Texas-leaguers and initiating groundout DP’s. Vicki stops a potential rally in the bottom of the 7th by snatching a rocket line drive, then looks for more duct tape for her glove. Rejects outfield plays flawlessly. Ben sparks the Rejects sputtering offense, batting 3 for 3 (following a 4 for 5 first game). Wilbur gets the eventual game winning RBI knocking in Ben in the top of the 7th inning. Vicki sends April home for insurance. Unswerving Reject fans Peter and the Eberhardt gang, along with Michelle Thom brave the late and darkening hour to witness the victory.
